FOR GROWING
BUSINESSES

GET
MORE DONE
with less work.

I look at how your business actually works (your processes, tools and data) and find the work you shouldn't have to do, the money you're leaving on the table, and the opportunities you didn't know were possible.

MORE
PROFIT.

What if your business could do more with what you already have?

  • Processes that take hours could take minutes.
  • Get your retention rate without filling another spreadsheet.
  • Stop setting reminders to send that email, collect that payment, or check that something got done.
  • Stop copying and pasting the same information from one tool to another.

There may be a much simpler way to run what you've already built.

Streamline the work. Connect the tools. Automate what doesn't need you.

That’s how you get more done with less work.

What this looks like
in real life.

Different contexts.
Same approach: what could work better?

ACCOUNTING  · SYSTEMS   · AUTOMATION
3,000+ sales missing invoices

Accounting brought back on track.

After a sales-system change, 3,000+ sales had been processed without the accounting invoices being generated.

The invoicing system was rebuilt and automated, restoring compliant accounting without slowing down the business.

DATA  · OPERATIONS   · AUTOMATION
From Excel to dashboard.

Real-time visibility without manual monthly reporting.

Membership data was split across two Stripe accounts and manually compiled every month in Excel.

One automated dashboard now brings everything together, giving the business an up-to-date view without someone having to build the report.

INSIGHT

The most expensive tools aren't always the bad ones.

The dangerous ones are often the ones that work just well enough for you to keep adapting your business around them.

THOUGHT

Before you automate the work, ask if the work needs to happen at all.

Sometimes the best automation is removing the step entirely.

What breaks if you miss the reminder this month?

The one to send the email, follow up, collect the payment or check that something got done.

I'm Léa.

I simply cannot put socks away one pair at a time. I have to match them all first.

That's just how my mind works. I naturally look at how things work together as a whole.

I have a very low tolerance for friction. My brain goes straight to: there must be a better way.

I've spent 10+ years in IT, working across software, infrastructure, networks and security.

Today, I bring that same perspective to businesses. I spot the gaps between people, information, processes and tools, figure out what would make the difference, then design how to make it happen.
